We have you covered for the perfect country day out in the heart of Somerset! With free entry and no need to book, it's ideal for those spontaneous trips or planned get-togethers with friends.
First, it's the most important meal of the day, breakfast! Will you have a Farmers House breakfast, or something a little lighter, or vegan? Our menu has a large selection, and our chefs are always happy to accommodate any dietary requirements. Please inform your waitress upon arrival. We also have kid's portions available, too; ask your waitress.
Now, it's time to head over to the animals to say hello. We have fluffy bunnies, clucking chickens and our signature sow with her piglets next to one of our picnic areas. But did you know we also have alpacas, ponies and a sheep called Bob ? They'd love you to stop by and check in on them. Consider this your farm hand training!
Once breakfast has gone down, it's time to let loose and play! Yay! We have a range of fun farm-themed climbing frames, such as our red tractor and yellow combine harvester. Along with our diggers in a sandpit, mini tractors, tunnels, slides and lots of space to run around. But don't worry; there's seating nearby, so you can relax in the sun while your little one plays.
And before you know it… it's lunchtime! Are you heading back to the cafe to see the specials or popping into the Farm Shop to pick up some treats from the Deli and one of our fantastic Children's picnics?
Pit Stop
Now, we're not talking about the kind of pit stops happening at the Hungarian Grand Prix this weekend. We're talking about those coffee stops and snack raids!
Where are you heading on your summer holiday? Perhaps you're travelling down to Cornwall on the A303! Will you pass one of the man-made wonders, Stonehenge or perhaps you're travelling from further afield? You'll probably want to get out of your car, stretch your legs and pick up some treats. We have free parking and toilet facilities for our Farm Shop and Cafe customers… and baby changing!
There's certainly enough here to turn a pit stop into a day out!
How to find us
We're 7 miles from Longleat & Centre Parcs and just off the roundabout on the A36 in Beckington, Somerset.
FROM WARMINSTER
Take the A36 towards Bath. You will find us on the right, approximately 6 miles from Warminster. We are just off the roundabout where the A36 meets the top of the A361 to Frome.
FROM FROME
Take the A361 from Frome, signposted towards Beckington, Trowbridge and Bath. We are located just off the roundabout where the A361 joins the A36.
FROM BATH
Take the A36 towards Warminster. You will find us on the left, approximately 10.5 miles from Bath. We are located just off the roundabout where the A36 meets the A361.
