Eating Healthy at the Farm

We're farmers at heart, so we are always conscious about what food we are putting on our plates and where it comes from. Fresh, tasty, locally grown food makes up so much of what we serve at the Farm-- including all our own veggies straight off the fields! If we can’t grow it then we buy it as locally as we possibly can.  The past few months have had us sowing, planting and picking more veg, salads and herbs than ever and our Head Chef, Adie has loved developing lots of new healthier options for the Farm.  The Deli is bursting with savoury dishes, continental meats and some impressive new salads with options to suit veggies, vegans and meat-eaters alike. Also available are gluten & dairy-free cakes, sweet and savouries. Using local ingredients and packed with veg our Farm has grown right here, the Deli's new salads are the ideal lunch-time saviour.  Our Chippy now has veggie and vegan staples as part of our much loved menu, and our handmade spicy bean burger has been a real HIT! All of our Chippy meals can be made gluten-free upon request, too. Check our menus here to see what's available to takeaway.  If we can't grow it at the Farm, then we know someone local that can supply it to us, keeping food miles low and quality at its best before it reaches our lovely customers.  So, if you're a green's fiend or just looking to treat your taste buds to something a little healthier (banana ice-cream counts as as a fruit right?), we've got so many options just waiting for you to get stuck into. We are open 7 days a week, just find our opening times here.
